Developed and executed the creative concept for Berlin's first pop-up store in collaboration with buero uno, emphasizing daily press management, media partnerships, and talent collaborations, including British artist Tejumola Adenuga (aka Butlerarchive). Provided hands-on support throughout the opening month, coordinating multiple press, influencer, and consumer events to ensure a successful launch.
