GPI'ce Race | PD

The GP Ice Race is a historic motorsport event held in Zell am See, Austria, where vehicles race on ice and snow-covered tracks. In 2019, Ferdinand "Ferdi" Porsche, the great-grandson of Porsche's founder, revived the event as the GP Ice Race. The modern iteration includes a mix of historic and contemporary vehicles, showcasing Porsche's rich motorsport heritage.

During the 2021 GP Ice Race, Porsche Design's lead agency, M&C Saatchi Berlin, orchestrated an immersive multi-day press trip for renowned journalists. The event featured exclusive video productions with Porsche brand ambassadors, including the unveiling of the new Porsche Design Chronograph. With Ferdinand Porsche and other key spokespersons sharing insights, the experience showcased the synergy between Porsche's heritage and modern innovation amidst the icy backdrop of Zell am See.
