Interims Comms Lead DACH and France 2023/2024:
Stepped into a senior leadership role within the global consumer communications team, driving and shaping strategic communications tailored to the market dynamics of Germany, Switzerland, Austria and France. Collaborated closely with global teams and key stakeholders to successfully launch a variety of products and campaigns, while overseeing local agencies to ensure seamless adaptation to regional needs.

Impact: Significantly expanded the consumer communications footprint by developing innovative campaigns, leveraging emerging cultural trends, and crafting compelling narratives that reinforced Etsy's position as the go-to destination for meaningful gifts. Key achievements include surpassing year-over-year media coverage in both markets, initiating and executing Etsy's first global press trip to New York with media representatives from five key markets, orchestrating the bi-annual Press Preview Event in Germany, and successfully implementing the first-ever Press Event in France, which exceeded attendance expectations.

Interims Comms Lead UK 2023/2024:
I continued to expand my leadership role in consumer communications for the UK, driving meaningful initiatives aligned with cultural zeitgeist while executing Etsy's long-term strategic objectives. My role further evolved to include leading one of Etsy's most significant multi-phase campaigns, the Etsy Design Awards. This involved close collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Social Media, CRM, Brand & Editorial, Merchandising, and Influencer teams, to deliver a cohesive and impactful campaign.
